Sales Lead

Sales Lead is a part time position, which supports the Store Manager and Assistant Sales Managers in the supervision ad management of a White House Black Market store. The Sales Lead ensures the store meets all company standards in the areas of:

1. Sales Goals
2. Make Women Feel Beautiful and customer satisfaction
3. Cash/ inventory management
4. General store operations
5. Loss prevention
6. Visual presentation, floor sets, merchandise handling and store maintenance

Competencies that Sales leads are measured on:
Building effective teams, composure, customer focus, dealing with ambiguity, directing others, hiring and staffing, learning on the fly, motivating others, perseverance and planning.
